We recognize the importance of investing in our communities and fostering social development. Through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. We prioritize education, skill development, and skill enhancement programs for the not so privileged. We provide health check-ups and facilities to our employees and communities surrounding our manufacturing units, ensuring hygiene, sanitation and overall wellbeing. We foster a healthy work environment by implementing policies such as restrictions on smoking, conducting health checks using diagnostic tools, offering dietary counselling, and other measures to safeguard the health of our employees and their families.
Igniting young minds by empowering quality education and fostering skill development programs to prepare the generation for future, AIL contributes for not so privileged through extending support to schools and educational institutions through various initiatives.
